This is a great location on historic 4th street. Prime location, this is the ideal location with bus stops and light rail train. I was in town for my sister’s wedding. Great place to stay. Our flight got in late and the host stayed up to make sure we checked-in okay. The place was clean and matched the description. A good place to stay. But I don’t like the decoration, especially the loft room, looks too poor. I hope you enjoyed your stay.

She did not provide any instructions with how to enter the apartment. No key no phone. It was only after sending numerous texts, and calling and leaving messages did she answer. Also the house was filthy. I am so sorry you were unhappy. The place was professionally cleaned so I am not sure where the beaach is that you speak of. Check in instructions are on my Airbnb site but I do like to send a text the morning prior to arrival. Easy and convenient! Not your average bare bones Airbnb, you will definitely feel like you are house sitting for a friend!

Thanks for the nice review Alicia and thanks invsstments taking such good care of our home. The space are small and if you park in the wrong place then you will get towed. The space assigned to us was used by some one familiar with the space, so we used another unoccupied space 4tn our car was towed.

To be fair Olie never notified me of this event until after the fact. It could have been remedied immediately if I was contacted. So many things to do within a mile from the condo. Safe and quiet. Location is really close to many of the activities of Long Beach. Plus there are plenty of options of lonh rentals all around LB. We were out most of the time but it gave a nice quiet spot to go back to.
